We take them from demolition through to the last piece of trim, so one person is accountable for the finished room instead of four subcontractors pointing at each other. Selections get locked down before demolition, because that is where schedules actually fall apart.

We measure the room, talk through how you actually use it, and price the options honestly — including the ones you did not ask about.
Lock Selections
Tile, cabinets, tops and fixtures are chosen and ordered before demo, so the room is not sitting open waiting on a delivery.
Demo & Rough-In
The room comes out clean, then framing and rough-ins are set for the layout you approved.
Finish & Walk It
Tile, cabinets, trim and paint go in, then we walk the finished room with you before we call it done.
