Drywall Repair & Texture
Patches that disappear under the paint
Nail pops, settling cracks over the doorways, the hole behind the door handle, water damage after a leak has been fixed — all of it has to be right before paint, because a finish coat magnifies a bad patch instead of hiding it. We patch, tape and float, then match the existing texture so the repair disappears rather than announcing itself in the afternoon light.
Our Process
Find the Cause
If it is water damage we make sure the leak is fixed first — patching over an active leak wastes your money.
Cut & Patch
Damaged board is cut back to solid framing and new drywall is fitted rather than filled over.
Tape & Float
Seams are taped and floated over several passes, then sanded flat — the step that decides if the patch shows.
Match & Prime
The existing texture is matched, then the repair is primed so it takes paint the same as the wall around it.
