Inspect the Exterior
We walk the house looking for rot, failed caulk and previous coats that are letting go — that is what sets the price.
Wash & Scrape
The surface is washed down and everything loose comes off, because paint only holds to what is sound underneath.
Repair & Prime
Rotted boards are replaced, joints are caulked, and every bare spot is primed before a finish coat goes near it.
Coat & Clean Up
Finish coats go on, then the site is cleared and we walk the whole exterior with you.
